Purchase from TW Equipments Limited ("TWE")
The product warranty is applicable to Wahl products purchased from Hong Kong TW Equipments Limited with our anti-counterfeit sticker (with serial no.) and original invoice.
Warranty Period - purchase from TWE website
The duration of the Limited Warranty is 2 years from the date of purchase/ delivery. And warranty for batteries is 3 months only. The period shall commence at the time of delivery of the appliance from the seller to the purchaser. The place of purchase and the date of delivery shall be proven by submitting proof of purchase, for example, the sales receipt, invoice, delivery note or similar document. First year warranty service includes free inspection, maintenance and spare parts cost; second year warranty service ONLY includes free inspection, quotation of maintenance and spare parts cost will be provided after inspection by our technician. The warranty excludes blades, cords and transformers, which are wear and tear items.
Warranty Registration
- Please complete your warranty registration online in the first month of your purchase to enjoy our 2 year warranty service. Simply scan the QR code on the warranty card attached with your product or go to https://warranty.twe-hkg.com/
- Please note that e-invoice no. and product serial no. (on anti-counterfeit sticker) are required to fill in in order to complete your warranty registration.
Logistics
- TWE does not provide door to door maintenance service.
- Customer purchases from TWE website and product warranty is in valid, customer shall bear all the courier fee (to and return).
The warranty is void under below situations:
- The appliance has been misused or treated carelessly.
- The appliance has been damaged due to excessive stress, incorrect use or external influence.
- The defect has been caused by failure to observe the operating instructions.
- A repair or a repair attempt has been carried out by personnel other than that of TW Equipments Limited.
- The plug has been cut off or changed.
- Customer failed to provide an original proof of purchase.
7-day EXCHANGE
Only applicable to Hong Kong
Purchase from TW Equipments Limited ("TWE")
A (seven) 7 day exchange will be permitted for all switch on faults, excluding collision, artificial damage, does not follow the usage instructions or misuse. Please contact us for evaluation and the faulty unit may be replaced by a new unit of same model. TW Equipments Ltd. has the discretion and the final decision. If there is any damage to the appearance of the product, it can only be repaired and cannot be replaced by a new unit. The exchange product shall be in its original packaging and complete. A proof of purchase document will be required.
If any of below situation happens, a 7-day exchange is not allowed:
- Collision, artificial damage, does not follow the usage instructions or misuse.
- The product is not in its original condition, package is damaged or parts are missing.
- The product does not have any quality issue but customer's personal reason.
